Public Facilities Rental

The following buildings and meeting rooms are available for rent. Fees include use of tables, chairs and setup and are subject to change without notice. Linens and place settings are not included.

  • You have 14 days from initial contact to make payment in full.
  • All payments are by check or money order only made out to the City of Alexandria.
  • Lessee may ask for a full refund 60 days prior to function. Half of the refund can be requested thirty (30) days prior to function. NO OTHER REFUNDS.

Convention Hall

Price Half Hall: $400.00, Price Whole Hall: $600.00 for a four 4-hour event, which includes 2 hours for decorating only and 1 hour after for clean-up. Use of kitchen to serve is an additional $75.00. APD security is mandatory. Two Security Personnel for a 4-hour event $280.00. Additional hours for decorating only available for $20.00 per hour. Additional security may be required depending on the type of event at $35 per hour per officer.

Whole Hall # of Guests: Arranged Auditorium seating maximum 750 or Banquet maximum 700

Half Hall # of Guests: Arranged Auditorium seating for 300 or Banquet for 250 and $35 per hour for security per offer.
